Core Design & Working Principle

Driven by electric motor, hydraulic system or pneumatic actuator, the pump adopts a reciprocating working principle: the piston/plunger makes linear reciprocating motion in the cylinder to change the volume of the pump chamber, and the one-way action of the inlet and outlet valves realizes the stable suction and discharge of cryogenic media. To adapt to ultra-low temperature conditions, key components are made of cryogenic-resistant materials (304/316L stainless steel, nickel-based alloys, aluminum alloys), matched with professional thermal insulation structures, sealing systems and cold compensation devices, ensuring stable operation in extreme environments.
